Workout, Day 8

I post really easy exercises here though. I’m thinking of taking it up a notch so everybody get prepared. 

Today’s exercises are really easy and you should be done within 30 minutes. 

 

Do three(3) sets of thirty(30) tuck jumps as seen above. 

Accompanied by three (3) sets of twenty (20) jump squats. 

So u don’t become a Debbie downer merely by seeing that you have to do squats, here are some benefits of squatting.
