So I don’t know if u noticed but I haven’t had work out posts for close to two weeks. This is primarily because I’ve been lazy and I’m sorry if my choices affected you. So I’m going to start over and be faithful this time. I hope you forgive me๐ฅ Here’s what I have for us today๐๐
15 reps of sit up
5 reps of crunch
5 reps of leg raise
10 reps of plank and 50 skips. If u don’t have a jump rope, jump on one spot 50 times.
