Truth be told, I’m kinda bored of this tag name for our daily exercise. Does someone have a better name?? I really need suggestions so please drop them in the comment section before I literally call it something more stupid. 
Anyways, see today’s exercise after the cut. 

50 reps of sit up 
50 reps of plank

50 reps of crunch 

50 reps of leg raise 

90 skips, if you don’t have a jump rope you can just jump on the same spot ninety times.
