Hi guys, so I’m trying to lose 13kg this month and so far it’s been strenuous. I’m working on a Nigerian diet so I’m the guinea pig lol. I learn daily and figure things out daily as well. What works for John might not work for Anita but at the same time there are general rules for weight loss. Anyways here are some tips on when to eat what you eat (I culled it) so I hope it’s of help.
